Definitely healthier than sugar.

Yes ... and no. Depending on which honey you use and how much.

Raw organic honey is good yes, but only in really low amount : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2808799/Healthy-No-honey-WORSE-sugar.html

And if you buy your honey in supermaket or grocery retailers ... it's mostly worse than sugar because it's just a artificial honey (refined sugar + glucose syrup, dyes, flavors and flavor enhancers)

I never buy artificial honey. We get ours raw and pure direct from a bee farm. ^^

I like drinking tea, especially when it's cold but I personally don't believe in those magical powers of different kinds of tea. I read somewhere that if you drink green tea it will help you to loose your weight, but I read somewhere else that it's not good to drink it too much, so in the end we don't know what's true. But coffee is definitely always my first choice 😊

I don't get stressed out over the purported benefits of tea, I mainly drink it out of habit, although I do like the taste of some of the blends.

If there are any benefits of it, I think the effects are very minute and it can take a long time before you can notice anything, since compounds in tea are present in such tiny concentrations. This seems to be true for most other "natural" remedies and stuff.

I usually drink tea when I'm not feeling well because drinking tea can make my body warm, that's what I usually do during the rainy season. sometimes also drink tea when there are guests, after knowing the sharing benefits mentioned above I very much drink tea more often.

I like drinking herbal tea because of its health benefits. A good way to continously detox your body daily if you drink it in a daily basis. It is can be easily prepared and the good thing in it is you can have your herbal plant in your backyard you can easily make a tea of your choice.

I did not know that tea has all these benefits. Yes, I drink tea daily at the rate of one cup per day, but I think it is only a stimulant, not an antioxidant and immune booster, thanks for sharing this helpful information.
