Regardless of the benefits of these drinks, i rarely drink anything aside from water(lots of water) and milk before going to bed.. And sometimes a sip of soda to get rid of the after tastes from a heavy meal. A glass of soda is too much. Not really a fan of other drinks especially sugary drinks and alcohols. But I'm up for that.
