fatterthanelvis 59 #1 Posted July 23, 2020 Reverse Martingale involves increasing the bet wager on every winning bet rather than chasing the losses on each losing bet. Provided you stop the bets at a desired profit you can stand the chance to gain on what could have been a terrible loss. I use this strategy on a lot of VIP challenges where I try to hit high multipliers using a small bankroll. Say for instance my bank roll is $10 (0.001 BTC) and the goal is to hit a 99x using a $1 (0.0001 BTC) bet to qualify. Instead of simply placing ten bets using the $10, I try to snag two 99x bets in a row by using a lower base bet and moving the profit from each win into the next bet. For this strategy to work in this scenario my base bet would be 100 satoshi on a 99x multiplier, increasing 9900% on win. I choose the option to stop on profit of 0.001, however winning two bets at this strategy would profit me 0.0099199 BTC. This means I could set my bets to stop on a profit of anywhere between 0.0001 and 0.0089199. I will get minimum of 1000 bets out of my $10 and hitting two winning 99x bets in a row happens roughly once out of every 10000 bets. Mathematically the odds are the same for me as placing ten $1 bets at 99x or with only profit in mind I could go "all in" with my $10 (0.001 BTC) at 10x and still have $100 at the end of it either way if I win. However I find that over a large amount of bets luck seems to be more on my side than when I use the traditional Martingale strategy. It takes a lot of time but I get more out of my balance this way and have a lot more fun with the chase. You can also move the numbers around and chase higher or lower multipliers, or lower your base bet and bet on a longer streak. Sometimes I even lower the % increase on win so I can bank a little from each bet or streak. It's a lot of fun and I would recommend playing around with it but you must remember, the house always wins in the long run and the odds are the same any way you shake it. Here are a few hits I have made using variations of this strategy: Bet: 63,396,281,253 placed by dolphinpuke on 11/07/2020 Wagered 0.00012400 Multiplier 60.00x Profit 0.00731600 Bet: 63,484,176,890 placed by dolphinpuke on 12/07/2020 Wagered 0.00006390 Multiplier 180.00x Profit 0.01143810 Bet: 63,428,155,311 placed by dolphinpuke on 11/07/2020 Wagered 0.00006001 Multiplier 99.00x Profit 0.00588098 2 Zyper and dmbadillo10 reacted to this
harihrn 8 #2 Posted July 25, 2020 (edited) Nice strategy dolphin, What % of bankroll do you use as base bet?, how long do you wait for the win streak to happen? Do you start with a fresh seed? Do you start with a fresh seed? I often run a seed a long while, I'm 300k rolls into this one. Base bets under 100 satoshi betting on 3 or 4 win streaks for anything over 20x is fun. Increasing anywhere from 1100% to 1900% on win. If you're going for 99x or higher streaks, 3 in a row is very very rare but it happens. If you catch it you will win a nice payday.. ModernToken 5 #8 Posted March 20, 2021 Interesting strategy, but I think two 99x in a row have a rare odds. I have no patience for long chasing. Will try it with higher win chance.
