I was hacked

I am a old user. I loss money here since 2014. Today I lost 50 dollars in bitcoin, and after 5 min I remember that i have 0.08 eth.

I catch 9 900 x and I won 0.4 eth but somebody wd all money instant without know who. Not mine...I was hacked. I loss here huge money and support don t want to give me only a small bonus. less than 10 $.

Is fair ? And show me a france vpn ip that hacked me.

Please look at my stats. I not a noob.

I want my 0.4 eth back.

Once again, I'm sorry that you've lost your money that way. It's not a nice way to lose money but it happens. Especially if you click on some malicious links and you don't care about the security of your account that much.

 

When you constantly asked for bonuses and rake back, due to your loyalty I gave you 2 options to ease the pain, so to say. I asked you to choose between a rakeback with initial bonuses and an one time bonus. You've picked rake back and initial bonuses. 

 

Unfortunately, when something like this happens, there's nothing that we can do but to advise you to secure your account better.

o recived less than 10 $ Milan in total. 33 k satoshi bitcoin , and small amounts.i give btc like a example.

i just want back 0.4 eth that i won.

i think support can check your all login informations and  devices and they can confirm if you got hacked or not, and even if your account was really hacked, they can do nothing about it since they set a good methods of security, you could set 2fa and choose a strong password, i am sorry for your loss but you really can not put the blame on any one. best of luck

I am mad because i dont recived a compensation, i recived almost nothing. I loss money here, before to win 0,4 eth i loss 50 $ in btc.

I feel that i am not respected here. I am from 2014 here and a full compensation of that i loss hacked was enough for me. But i don t recived...

It's your responsibility to keep your account secure. Nobody has to give u anything however and they gave you something!

At first, I'm sorry for your loss, I was hacked in same way few years ago too. 

But, for second - who will protect pd from hackers? Why they should compensate anything from own pocket, if people don't care about their own security and safety? If you are old player - you know, that such things happens, and that 2fa is here for a reason. 

Pd isn't supposed to compensate anything, still, they did, at least a bit. More gratefulness from your side would be nice...
