Do you reach for cigarettes when you’re feeling stressed or down?

My circle- I work in a call center (BPO) industry and this is almost unavoidable for us. Answering calls and then enduring their curses, shills and rants even though it isn't your fault while keeping your cool is very nerve-wracking. However, what makes me stop from lighting a stick almost all the time (I could say I can live without a pack for a month or a stick for 3 days) is that I do care about my health. I have my father died due to lung cancer because of smoking- really gave me a striking fear.

Gambling-wise, no (or should I say it never gave me triggers to light up). The chat fun is enough to keep my brain glowing.

Addiction is something that is hard to give up in an instant but you can try to limit or slowly reduce the cigaritte intake until you finally realize that you have quit smoking for good . just need to think advance if what will smoking cause to your health and its bad  . you can also try other cigaritte alternatives such as vape and slowly limit intake if you wanted to quit smoking .

No i don't smoke cigarettes i drink only beer im not addicted haha well ive seen lots of people do in tense

I don't think cigarette addiction is related to alcoholism or gambling, my friend smokes more than 20 cigarettes a day and he is not addicted to alcohol or gambling, for me I am not a smoker, I try to reduce stress by doing some activities such as boxing, listening to music and surfing the internet.

No No my family doesn't teach me that. There is not a single member of my family who takes cigerates. Although I can not tollerate the smokes.  So I just listen some sad songs when I feel sad. I think I am a good boy lol🤣

I smoke about 20 cigarettes a day and to be honest, rarely cigarettes calm me down. I'm not a gambler or alcoholic but I am not against it, when you know to control it of course.  Balance is the key for everything in life. If you don't know how to balance, don't do it (my opinion) . If you drink water in larger quantities you will get sick (fact).

When stress or depression take me down ( that rarely happens), I go out and train. I highly recommended to you guys to try that. Go to a walk or ride a bike even do a bodyweight exercises at home, you will feel better a guaranty you!

Reaching for cigarettes in those situations is really bad choice and it wouldn't help for sure.
