JohnTravel 180 #1 Posted July 30 Many modern studies suggest that taking a break between activities helps increase concentration, creativity, and memory. While working for a long time can be linked to exhaustion and stress. Particularly when I'm playing I take short breaks, some 10 minutes or even 30 minutes or more, sometimes it helps me to calm down and take back control of the game. So I've been using this strategy of taking short breaks for better performance and productivity of my game. If things are tense, then it really is better to go out and stop to think of a strategy that works. Do you think taking short breaks in a game is a good option to increase your concentration? Do you take breaks while playing to make better decisions and analyze the game? Or are you playing until you reach your goal self or lose all your money? I think that playing too long without taking a break makes us feel tired and as a result makes us make bad decisions that lead us to defeat. On the other hand when we are less tired, we can better analyze the game and thus get better results. 2 1 hudost2, Xantys and bigbrankx reacted to this

But I never do that, because I love thrill and I always chase my luck. If I feel I'm lucky, that will boost my positive thinking to go more and not to stop until I bust. I never do break until my balance is wiped or after I achieved something that I think is already good for a day. 1 JohnTravel reacted to this

williamsh 291 #4 Posted July 31 Yeah, I do this all the time, and not only on Primedice, but also in my local casino. I sometimes sit at the bar, or in the lounge just to relax and take some time off from gambling. 1 JohnTravel reacted to this
sheenaz.bay 398 #5 Posted July 31 I can only say that I am a gambler who cannot control myself, I will always play if I get a profit, do not stop playing until I feel tired and sleepy or there is something I have to do, then I will stop. maybe it's wrong, I have to change my playing method and I will do it 1 JohnTravel reacted to this

Any time I start getting tired and lose focus and continue to play, it ends with losses and busts. Sometimes I have to force myself to take a beak, but it definitely helps. AHCareP 63 #9 Posted August 1 Well, as a holiday, I usually go to PD and Stake to win and play or lose, at least spend some time. There are times when I raised a large amount from a small amount, I don’t want to stop, knowing myself I have more pleasure in chatting, although it happens that some hamlot is rude, but this is rare and a completely different story 1 JohnTravel reacted to this
helenshery 2 #10 Posted August 1 I think yes. taking breaks in successive ways helps me stay calm and can control my emotions well. Every time I lose a lot, I often listen to some songs. Music helps us feel more calm 1 JohnTravel reacted to this
rembo2 263 #11 Posted August 1 During the game, I do not take breaks, as this disrupts the game mood and begins to lose the chain of events that occurs in the game. If I lose, I certainly don’t play after that day. It’s better to start all over again the next day.
Ali saher 29 #12 Posted August 1 Yes of course when you play you need some rest this is my experience when I play and after some time take rest then I always win if I continue play then result always not good
Eminx3 125 #13 Posted August 1 this is something i do not do myself... it is something we all should do i feel... Its kind of like stretching... how many of us stand up and stretch while sitting for long periods.. some of us do, most of us probably dont 1 JohnTravel reacted to this

I just do what you said when I really know I'm doing well and I'm doing great, and my mind is rested, otherwise I know I should stop and rest my mind. I used to do stretches all the time, but honestly I've been slacking a bit as of late. I really need to get back in the habit of doing them while I take short breaks, just to get the juices flowing again...

carneirowb 0 #19 Posted August 3 Yes I always take breaks to relax a little body and mind and also take a break in those breaks.
JstLikeMagyk 156 #20 Posted August 3 It's definitely easier in premise than in action though hahah If I could stop every time after a decent amount of profit I'd never lose
MrNice23 401 #21 Posted August 3 Yeah sometimes , i take breaks when i make a good profit but most of times , i don't and that's one of the reasons of my busts, i should stop even if i'm not on profit , to be able to recover later.
Eminx3 125 #22 Posted August 4 honestly more and more i think about htis issue... everytime i win big i end up busting... and everytime i do it it doesnt involve taking a break after the win... so there must be a correlation between the two... hmmm 🆗 next time i win big... gonna take a break no matter what.. Not all of them are in close proximity, but there are many scattered across the country. My local casino is still a good drive away, not next to my house lol. Try to keep your control by matching it to the goals, you have to remember the goals, because doing so kills the lack of control. This is one of the biggest problems that leads gamblers to failure.
