How do you control your patience .

Recommended Posts

Xlmcoins here ,

as you are all aware I have no patience but want to change that in the very near future.

can anyone tell me how you control your actions to deal with being patient.

i plan to have the bot setup soon and leave it on autopilot whilst at work but that still won't teach me patience,

so any advice you can share I would be very great full off.

thanks and be lucky

PS - . Please don't be offended if I don't respond too everyone that comments on this topic.

Well .., let's talk about games, casino and data.

So at the beginning this was very difficult for me here, I did not know how to play, and whenever I came close to 1ETH, or 1BCH I would lose, and in other currencies of course.

I discovered then that I was playing wrong, without calm, without analyzing the results, I had no strategy. So my patience was not good and I was far from really having control over the game, even if I lost, because losing is part of it.

The first thing I did to control my patience was actually changing my type of game, and it made me quieter and more in control of the situation.

Today I do not bet more everything in a single bet, and I do not go with speed, because I have noticed that the vast majority lose everything quickly.

I believe a possible solution to patience is to really analyze the results and take it easy. It is in great difficulties that one discovers whether one is good or not.

Cheers!

No one can teach you patience, because no matter how everyone talks, if you have not experience self destruct (Streaks of red), you can't learn on your own. 1stly is to never chase loses, its a casino you are expected to lose, but it is very dangerous to start chasing loses after losing a few of your coins. Very very dangerous.

No strategy is 100%, so you have to have different strategy that can keep in line with your loses.

Pro gamblers have mastered the act of keeping their calm and claim their loses as it comes, but if you are impatient, you are damn destructible.

You have to learn patience yourself. There is no need to rush things. It is okay to lose, Xl.

PS: You are one of the few people I respect on PD.

I am also not patient, but I just force myself not to do anything. Although it just breaks me and I can't defeat myself. Cigarettes hold me back a little, but this is a bad way.

Smoking would do nothing for me as I smoke just like I breath but thanks, good luck to you .

Hey,I wasn't patient and understand that it's a bad trait)

I think that would be quiet to learn patience, must be distracted to something else or just sit and think about something else.I myself when I am asked to wait do not stand still and walk a few minutes or just sit on the phone on the PD,Stake or forums and social webs.

If to think that all will normally, then without concern can be sits at work or university. 😁

you can be said to be patient if you have the ability to be able to control emotions or impulses and accept or continue calmly everything when you face difficulties. Of course being patient has many benefits in your life, if you don't have the benefits of why being patient is always recommended in every aspect of life. Practicing patience grows in your heart and your actions also require extra time. Practice thinking about everything you will do, be careful in this life in the morning before you start the activity. At night before you go to bed, observe all the ways in which you have made smart decisions, get along well with others and really understand what is happening and done today. Learn to do it every day. Developing patience is much more difficult like physical exercise because it requires perseverance and effort. Patience is clearly a valuable character to be developed. People who are patient may seem passive, but that is an active, directed and self-disciplined form. Without much patience our actions will be counter-productive and eventually a lot of time and energy will be wasted from our lives. And of course, patience is a proven virtue and all religions in this world teach patience in their teachings to teach everyone to be better in their lives.

I agree about being distracted by walking or talking however that only takes me away from the situation I'm trying to be patient with. When I go to work I'm the same , no patience, I am here there and everywhere I just can't slow down unless I really tell myself to relax multiple times, even then I feel so full of anxiety and and itching to do something, me and my brain don't get on.

thanks for your response, be lucky.

It is like with anything in life - a skill that can be practised. You can improve your patience by making a conscience effort to notice when you lose your patience and slow yourself down. That is what worked for me :)

Yes you are correct and it's a matter of teaching my brain and being consistent on dealing with my patience issues and without feeling high levels of anxiety which I am prescribed diazepam for however through my own choice I am wanting not to use.

Thanks a lot for you input , very productive to me.

From my own findings and own patience lost at the beginnings when i have introduced myself into Gambling:

You should go for low strategies, basically make some with the help of: https://dicesites.com/tools

Add those that fit you well into some Spreadsheet so you can use them later. Also use each strategy according with your rolls history (Check if there is some logic within your rolls) and ALWAYS use some strategy NOT more than 20 minutes as you will eventually bust ;)

actually we both learn to be patient, because for me Patience is something that is difficult to do for some people. But, if done, it can bring peace of heart and mind. In fact. patience has no limits, but it is humans who make these boundaries. Sometimes, silence is the best thing to do when we need to be patient.

Silence in question is not silent without action. The silence in question is a 'pause' for us to take a break from thinking about the problem, then think of the next way to deal with the problem.

To be honest, at first I didn't control my patience, so I started to change my game, my strategy, my performance was changing and I noticed that everything was happening as I was shaping my game scheme, and all this involved tranquility, patience, self control, discipline, rules and of course luck! I learned to be calm and to realize that these requirements make a lot of difference in the winning players.

Impatience in betting to make a profit is not a good action ... it should be changed ..
If you talk about impatience, I'm sure that the average gambler here has an impatient nature to bet ...
if you want to win, then be patient in the hunt ... you are patient, then you yourself get the victory ... not someone else

When reds begin to come by I just stop when it reaches my preferred limit (Stop on Loss) and move on. A loss is a loss and must not be chased back. Instead, to maintain patience, you must always keep in mind that everything is just a game and think about the money you put it as a price for the entertainment and thrill you got.
