JohnTravel 185 #1 Posted May 25, 2019 (edited) Losing is always very bad, especially when the amounts of coins are large. I lost a good amount twice in bitcoins, and I was very sad. I tried after my loss to recover right away, but I did not succeed. After this situation I took 28 days to recover what I had lost. The lesson I have with this is do not try to recover then after the loss, because the mind, the head, and your feelings are very hot and confused and can further worsen the loss. Some are lucky and manage to recover after the loss, minutes later, others take many days as it was in my case. One issue with that is: cursing, offending people is not good, not nice, and you're proving to be unbalanced, and worse still you're on the verge of being banned from the casino depending on the level of behavior and aggressiveness you is uttering in the moment of sadness and fury with loss. Do not do this ever again, as this may make your situation worse. When the loss situation, you have to be prepared to accept the loss because whether you want it or not, one day the loss will come, and if you are not prepared, you will suffer a lot from it. Based on this statement, what do you do when you lose a lot? All these losses have made me succeed in casino life, do not panic, stay calm. Good luck. sheenaz.bay 443 #3 Posted May 25, 2019 Recovering lost money clearly requires more capital. I will try capital at least 10% of the total loss that I experienced. when I lose, I will count all the total losses I have experienced. This is useful for achieving the goal of how many wins I have to win. and I will play more carefully with Martingale. Maybe that's the right solution for How to Return Gambling Defeat Money that can be given to gambling friends. 1 JohnTravel reacted to this

Bimfo 158 #7 Posted May 26, 2019 The mind is very tricky. Very very tricky. The mind doesn't want to lose what is so precious to it. That's why when it is in a casino, it teaches you how not to lose, not how to win. So when you lose something, the mind tells you to recover it fast, and then you fuck everything up. (That's why its not okay to play when you are tipsy or drunk, you mostly play with your mind) For you to understand that and learn how not to recover loses immediately is a skill. Like a real skill. But I don't have it. I also fucked up yesterday on STAKE. But anytime I am in the mood, and I lose, I just keep calm and continue with the betting, not increasing my betting base but just moving on with my normal bets, and sometimes, I just stand up. nolep 168 #10 Posted May 26, 2019 when I experienced a big enough defeat, I tried to stop playing to make myself calm. Because if you are in a losing state then continue to play then your defeat will continue because you are not calm yet. and I will play the next day waiting for my heart to calm down. sheenaz.bay 443 #15 Posted May 26, 2019 The essence of gambling is how we respond to a defeat and victory. If you want to gamble, then prepare a budget for gambling. If you lose, you cannot take money outside of your gambling budget. Not because of losing our mind becomes frantic and blind. Keep in mind the winner is a calm person. Yes, I can tell you something that I have experienced the Martingale technique or strategy a lot, and had great results. I think this is the way, but with too few currencies in this strategy it leads to defeat. Many do not like to use this type of game because they know they will lose because they forget to set an initial percentage of the game and a final percentage of the final bet. Yes it does, but if you set small lots of money to play you will lose little and if you win you can win little or a lot. So this way when you lose you can quit the game and try to recover minor losses later.

How about forcing yourself to do 10 push-ups or however many that will make you hurt a bit.. not damage you but a good pain... so you will be in effect trying to teach yourself a lesson by punishing yourself kinda.. aat least... I go for a walk too, and take teas to calm down or go to sleep if the loss is big. But big losses I decided not to risk so much anymore because if I lose big it's a big sadness. I think the bigger the loss the bigger the sadness will be.

Now you are smiling and realizing that you will win more in the coming days because you have discovered a secret to self control, good luck my friend. CntryBoy 194 #25 Posted August 17, 2019 The number one thing I do is figure out why I lost and try to learn from it. If we don't learn from our losses, then I feel we will never be able to be profitable players. Generally my losses in the past came from playing too aggressively, so I learned to play smarter and slower to minimize losses, and generally this causes smaller losses that are easier to recover.
