Kate 281 #1 Posted March 7, 2019 The price of Cryptocurrencies is what we look forward to everyday and it's like one of the top 5 things we do is checking the price of different cryptos by going to a site of which we are comfortable or have a habit of only looking up the price at that site. There are a lot of different sites there that display the different prices of Cryptocurrencies and also their chart and their exchanges in which they can be traded on. We all choose to check only at one site or for some it doesn't matter on which site they are checking the price. Well for me i have and only visit the site CoinMarketCap to check the prices. I don't know why but i have a weird habit where i search on google for eg : " Bitcoin price " and google does give me the exact number but i still weirdly search coinmarketcap and go to that website and check the price and then only am i satisfied and can say " Ah the price is (down or high ) otherwise if i check the google's answer then i am like " oh let's check CoinMarketCap " . Does anyone here have a similar weird habit or the same exact one ? Which is the site that you guys have locked in your brain for checking the price of different cryptos ? 1 ktfor57 reacted to this
williamsh 350 #2 Posted March 18, 2019 I mostly just use the chat commands in the chat, so either !price, or !btc. I don't know where it comes from, but my source is Stake and Primedice

Bimfo 156 #13 Posted April 17, 2019 CoinMarketApp is the best place I do check the prices of cryptos on my Android phone. You can also download it. It gives the prices of other cryptos and assets too, and shows you the Heroes and the Zeroes for the week, so that you will be careful about the ICOs you will invest in. It also shows new airdrops everyday and gives and sells the best mining machine for a crypto. Its actually the best. It gives a lot of things apart from those things I mention. Those are actually the tip of the iceberg.

Serlite 525 #17 Posted May 16, 2019 I think for a long time now, I've kept a tab open for fork.lol whenever I'm at a computer. It just uses data from bitcoinaverage.com, but it has some interesting other metrics (like block times, estimated hashrate, etc). The site popped up back when Bitcoin Cash came into existence via hard fork, and since I've also got a bit of BCH still lying around, I figured I might as well just use that site to keep an eye on both. misamo 50 #18 Posted May 16, 2019 Whenever I wanted to check the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash I always go to coins.ph site. This is one of the two crypto wallet sites I know that supports the exchange of crypto to fiat or vice versa here in my country, and coins.ph is more accessible than the other. The prices there for Bitcoin as of now is Buy: 429,009 PHP / Sell: 409,586 PHP while the price in coinmarketcap is 422,568.08 PHP ($8,070.36) there's a big gap in prices so I really don't check much on other sites. ktfor57 36 #19 Posted May 16, 2019 To check the price of all cryptocurrencies I normally use coinmarketcap as it easy to look market capitalisation, price, price percentage change, volume and supply all in one page. Of course, primedice and stake forum pages show the latest price and price chart of bitcoin but for altcoins coinmarketcap is better. My other choices are tradingview and koinex
Noahbreezy 261 #20 Posted May 16, 2019 I use tradingview so I can see the charts as well. When I'm on mobile I'll just use CoinMarketApp. It's a great app just for checking the prices very quick. But there's a lot of other apps out there that you can use. Some can even track your portfolio for you.
XimiX 2 #21 Posted May 16, 2019 I do not trade, so I do not check cryptocurrency on a continuous basis. A maximum of a couple of days I can go to some resource. Recently, more often I go to the forum. And right here and watch the exchange rate! Especially since you show statistics from cryptocompare.com. It's nice to be on the forum of your favorite casino and be aware of prices.

diku 16 #24 Posted May 16, 2019 I often keep one of the exchanges I use to keep up with the prices. I don't like to follow "inflated" sites. With that said most of the time I use coinbase for pricing as it's pretty close to the rest. I also do keep when I am bored http://bitcointicker.co/ and https://cryptowat.ch/ open. DreamStage 144 #25 Posted May 16, 2019 Most of the times i have been using Preev: http://preev.com/ - It's always up to date as it updates with a specific delay with different World currencies. There are also more currencies for checking price rather then Bitcoin only. I have also used Coinmarketcap as you mentioned and Coinbase. - I rather prefer using Coinbase for my own country's currency and as it being my main exchanger it is the main reason on why i'm using it most of the times together with Preev since there are little differences between price.
