[GAME] Nice looking chat with constructive long messages

Hey there,

as you know i have been trying to start a new Chatgame yesterday, where i encourage people to post long messages instead of the usual one-word spams and greeting.s It is still under development and that is why i am sending it here, so i can collect ideas for it to make it better. So far the rules are looking like this:

• Let's play a game, no one should post one word messages in the chat in the next 30 minutes, try to write longer messages and don't spam!
• No alts allowed, also it doesn't mean you can send 2 word spam! You have to make at least 10 constructive/not spammy message in that 30 minutes!
• 1 word responses, greetings or sending just a betID will not count towards message count also it could make you get excluded!
• The most important is to keep the general Chat Rules in mind too! https://forum.primedice.com/topic/105-chat-rules-elaborated/
• If you succeed, i will tip you a small amount, if you don't, i may exclude you for one week from my rains!

Don't hesitate to make suggestions! Even a name for the game  Hopefully we can get something going on and make chat more usable and nicer as it is.

Thanks you, Z, for taking time to invent the community game and polishing up rules for it too  This is an awesome initiative and I fully support it, as I said before, I like the idea and concept behind it, as well as the effort and rewards for the community

What about some users posting scientific facts, for example? Someone can open Wikipedia and copy-paste in chat too, to appear smart  Will you be reviewing Chat Log for quantity as well as quality of the chat messages? Just a thought I have had on this, might not be relevant too much 

As for the name - Silver Tongue Loquacious, maybe Just brain-storming atm

Thanks for the kind words  For now yes, i am doing it all manually and check all the logs for the users who participated and reached the minimum message count. As it is still a test run i am a bit light on the rules, otherwise almost no one would be eligible  I have seen some people posting not relevant messages, which were long but made no sense at all. I will not tolerate that later of course. This is the learning phase and it will hopefully turn out to something good. We will see. It could be a lot of work, but i hope when it gets popular and we decide to use it often, then @hui will provide some small scripts and stuff like that to make it easier  (I already have some thoughts what he could "automate" with not much effort)

I like the name you suggested!  Of course i will wait for more ideas but really like it.

It is still in a test phase and as it requires some manual work it is done only by me so far. But maybe if it receives many positive feedback and other mods think it is a good idea, we could make it more regular. In the first couple days/weeks there will be only a few per day. Next week i will travel abroad because of work, so i will be offline, but after that i will try to do more and more every day.

Z does this manually for now, when he is online on chat and raining, but there are plans to automate it if it becomes popular

We can also think in a short version to begin, maybe a controlled tryial of 15 minutes? A pool of x satoshis will be shared among all elegible users...

As i am not really active at Stake, i would run it at PD first. I was offline last week, but will start it again today and hopefully i can make it a bit regular in the next couple of days/weeks and we will see how it goes. Maybe if other mods like the idea, they can do something like this too.  Currently it involves some manual work, and a need to have a chatlogger which only hui and I do. So i think this game will be run only by me for a while

I was offline for 9 days, but i am back since today and i already did a round today. Tomorrow i will continue to do so  I am mostly online between 8AM and 5PM GMT+1.

So! @hui helped with automating most of the process, which means i could run my rounds much more easier and with less time, so i can run more of them if i want. The review part will still be manual as i have to filter out abusers and cheaters, but still a big thank you to hui!
