Portuguese Language (PT-BR) abandoned by Primedice

Although I know the site a short time ago, and being very fond of it,
I come here to show my indignation at the abandonment of the site to users of Portuguese language.
In the topic of other languages, there is no specific topic for the Portuguese language.
The Portuguese-speaking chat inside the game is also abandoned. There is no moderator.
Users of other languages, do spam all the time, without any kind of punishment.
And even the moderators of the other rooms enter the Portuguese chat to win rains.
I ask you, what arrangements are you taking?
Until when will we be without a moderator?
I hope not for long, and that you can resolve this as soon as possible. 
It's getting boring already.

Embora eu conheça o site há pouco tempo e goste muito dele,
Eu venho aqui para mostrar minha indignação com o abandono do site para usuários de língua portuguesa.
No tópico de outras línguas, não há tópico específico para a língua portuguesa.
O chat de língua portuguesa dentro do jogo também é abandonado. Não há moderador.
Usuários de outros idiomas, fazem spam o tempo todo, sem qualquer tipo de punição.
E até os moderadores das outras salas entram no chat português para ganhar as chuvas.
Eu pergunto a vocês: quais providencias estão tomando?
Até quando ficarftemos sem moderador?
Espero que não por muito tempo, e que vocês possam resolver isso o mais rápido possível. 
Está ficando chato já.

We (BR/PT) were not a large community and the vast majority of us came from Stake Casino, and just like happened at Stake, PD is trying to accomodate us.

Portuguese chat was recently added, that's a great news, and I agree that we need a moderator, but with the time our community will expand and gain space here.

I fully agree. However do not have to be Brazilian, just have to be present and understand the language without translators and of course be a correct person.

I agree. There is a lot of rain in our chat and the new players/ players from other chats are doing spam and beg for tips.

Hello, Portuguese chatters  

I have merged the topic for the moderator choice with the containing more suggestions and feedback of the language channel  The room is relatively new, not full of users and still being assessed in how urgent it is to get it moderated. We do not get many reports, so please, if you notice anyone making a fuss there or breaking the rules, reach to any mod online or directly to the Live Support and we will sanction it. The moderator needs to be chosen, I agree with it and we need some time to assess who is the appropriate candidate.  

Don't feel abandoned, the room is added there for a reason and it will be fully operational and moderated as all of the other rooms  Thank you for the feedback and hopefully, we resolve this soon, keep the suggestions coming and vote for the preferred mod, please!

What do you refer by this, please? If another language mod comes to that room, it is only to check them and warn users who need to be warned

our language is Portuguese, they can not come here and only speak English, 
because most do not speak English, but Portuguese ...no use they speak because no one will understand
we need a moderator who speaks our language.

Agree with you my friend, i come from time to time to portuguese chat but i do the effort to speak the appropriate language , i don't come for rain but i like to learn other languages. What i can say is atleast you have a chat with your native language , not like us french we have no chat , no section in forum well nothing despite of the numbers of french speaking  players (from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Africa, Canada, etc.....) growing everyday in PD.....

If course, I agree with this that you need a native speaking mod, and we will be looking for that one  However, for the time being, if an English mod or support member comes to your chat room, it is usually to warn and moderate there if something/someone is reported, and unfortunately, has to use English in the process  as I said, this is only temporary until we find a suitable person for the mod position  

Still don't understand the rain-catching issue, who comes there only to catch rain, this is technically impossible? 🤔

Actually, the chat is half-way, but nothing that does not solve with a good moderator, soon things will be well, and certainly the Portuguese-speaking community deserves more attention.

You can put it trough the test in the Filipino room, there have been like 12 active chatters in the past days or people who dropped a line, just try raining to 25 people or something and check the results.

Active chatters and wagerers are awarded, yes. If there are no eligible ones in the particular room, ChatBot is one of the users who gets the funds too; also funds do not get divided into a particular portion that the one who rained entered (25 in the example you gave), but to the number of eligible ones there at that specific moment (12), it cannot "invent" additional 13 users it lacks  

What I referred to is that I don't think any mod purposefully went to the PT chat to catch rain there, but only to warn or check if there are problems.
