Newbies win easier?

Guten Tag ihr lieben!

Use google translator on it :P

I played a lot of Texas Hold’em years ago. For fun.. for just 5€ each in the pot. I also played Poker at a club for free drinks xD.. but that was a long time ago.

I would really enjoy if someone of my friends would invite for playing poker again.. its always fun. But whatever.

Have you ever played with newbies? Or just players who have NO IDEA of poker or texas hold’em?

I did. Several times. And guess what. I never stood a chance. I even tried that on online poker.. playing without “knowledge” about the game.. and I won. :D

Why is that? I think the usual poker players, as the most here would probably be when they’re reading this, are playing with strategies. Bluffing.. trying to read the other players on the table. Trying to figure out what happens if they have not the best hand but think it could be good enough or they’re goin for a full bluff.

Not with newbies. They’re like “whatever xD”.. I could see it for best when I played at that club in the backroom. To girls shared a hand and they were laughing all the time. Giggling, askin other players what to do. They had clearly no idea. But that’s how they got us. We thought they know what they’re doing and are just trying do distract the rest.

Distraction worked.. I came in third.. they took the pot. Afterwards I asked them if they really had no idea.. they said they have no idea what they were actually doing.

Have you similar experiences?

Yes, it's true that newbies are lucky, but it's possible that the girls bluffed and deceived all players in this way.

Dunno.. two girls playing one hand? I don‘t think they knew what they do. But tbh.. we Never know. But their moves also were without strategie

I met such girls in the casino, they attract a lot of attention, pretending that they do not understand anything and always profit. Maybe I'm wrong, but this is my opinion.

this kills me when i'm in a serious game, and some fishy comes along, calls everything because he has a card he likes .. and ends up getting some bullshit hand on the river like a nut flush he didn't even know he had ...

idiots who call \ bet everything because they simply have way too much faith in the turn\river

idiots who go all in on a bluff and end up taking the hand out of pure luck... happened to me yesterday this guy bluffed all in with 2 7 off suit PREFLOP, I call him and bam bam bam he gets a fucking boat by the turn.... killed my pocket aces

Yeah i've been playing coinpoker... bunch of people call me an idiot lol. end up taking their wallets though :D

Have no strat. and not really sure what im doing lol

That might be the thing. If you have knowledge of strategies and in general experience on Poker, you're seeking for the other strats. You're trying to read your opponents. But if there is someone that is unpredictable gives you a hard time. Thats what I think.

You won't see reoccuring behavior or big thinking. That makes it hard. I don't think I could play clueless.. I already know too much.

You know what? It's true! :) I've been playing Texas Hold’em for a while and I can say I can play above the average becaus ei almost always finish in the top 50 if there are from 500 to 1,500 participants. And having no idea how to play Omaha Hi/Lo I participated in the tournaments just for fun and several times I won some good money like $10+. :)
