Better Communication

I think there has been poor communication (often little to none) between the PD staff and the users regarding changes to the site.  When changes are being considered (and certainly before they are implemented) it is common courtesy for a company to make announcements to inform users of the upcoming changes.  This would apply to changes with transaction fees, changes with the faucet, and anything else that may impact a users experience.  This is done in good faith, helping to establish trust and continue building a loyal customer base.
