Ssociety 124 #1 Posted October 28, 2017 have you guys tried everyman sleep cycle? who can do this ? 3.5 hrs of core sleep and 3 twenty minutes nap? I want to do this but I thinks its impossible.. for me..
Mistletoe 429 #2 Posted October 28, 2017 I have heard of this but I don't know anyone that have tried it. I'm not sure either if this is really an ideal sleeping pattern. I guess only those who can sleep whenever and wherever they want cant try this. For people like me that having hard time sleeping when needed to, it'll be difficult

Blindme 57 #5 Posted October 29, 2017 Know a guy that attempted this cycle and it slowly burnt him out. Would not mess with sleep cycles, as its one reason people die young. The brain actually is being flushed like a oil chang well you sleep. Bulletproof coffee has a forum for body/mind hacking that covers this issue. 1 Ssociety reacted to this

I heard camping in mountains, forest etc helps to calibrate and restore body clock back to its factory settings. He should've tried that

Yeah connesa but if you master this sleep cycle, you wont feel like you sleep in less than 6 hrs. But as I said it is almost impossible .. because we are all busy people haha 1 hour ago, Irena said: My sleeping cycle is even crazier than this one, so I guess this could work.
