Just putting the spotlight on PD staffs. wanna thank you all for keeping this forum together and just by simply showing your presence! I also got a few questions for yall.  I'm sure that some of these things you won't answer or can't or maybe none at all just thought it would be interesting to hear about your side of the job! If any others have some please ask. 

whats they hardest part of your job?

do you enjoy your job?

do you work from home or the main office?

If in the office, do you guys wear office attire or casual attire? 

Do you roll those dices too?

Hello, @Mistletoe, and thanks for the questions, will try responding all of them now  

- whats they hardest part of your job? That would definitely be the shift change, sometimes the night shift exhaust us to the core 

- do you enjoy your job? Yes, very much, it has become a real pleasure to help people on a daily basis and I grew very fond of the PD community as well

- do you work from home or the main office? We all work from the main office here in Serbia.

- If in the office, do you guys wear office attire or casual attire? Hahaha, causal attire/more official when we feel like, it depends  

- Do you roll those dices too? Yes, from time to time, when we have free time or from home  

- whats your strategy? Hahaha, I don't have one, I bust most of the times 

- anything special you would like to share about PD? Hhhmmm, nothing for now, I guess it is very different to observe from our perspective now

whats the hardest part of your job? Have to agree with Bojana, it's gotta be the night shift, hard to get sleeping cycle back on track, last time I got out of night shift, used my day off for sleeping until 8:30 pm  

do you enjoy your job? Yes, I do enjoy it, there isn't much stress, colleagues are the best, the PD community is awesome, what's not to like  

do you work from home or the main office? From the office in Serbia. 

If in the office, do you guys wear office attire or casual attire? That's another advantage of the job, we can come in casual attire 

Do you roll those dices too? Rarely, when I have some free time I like to have fun with some small bets. 

whats your strategy? Don't have one

For all the celebrations, no matter how big or small, we go to the tavern on some awesome barbecue specialties, wine from the local vineyards, live music that always have there and awesome home-like atmosphere that they always make for us

Oh, I'm late with this, but let's go!

whats they hardest part of your job? - I would say morning shifts. I'm not really a morning person, and as soon as you get here, you have to be 100% awake, PD never sleeps!  

do you enjoy your job? - Love the job, and everything related to that. Love my crew here  as well, and that's what makes even those difficult and problematic moments easier.  

do you work from home or the main office? - As the girls said, we all work from the same office in Serbia.  

If in the office, do you guys wear office attire or casual attire?  - Totally casual it is!  (Bojana and I even have special 'office shoes' here, not sure if I should insert the picture, you would all laugh hard!  )

Do you roll those dices too?  - Raaaarely. But some other members do, I'm usually just a 'cheerleader' in in that case (*looks at @Darko*)  

whats your strategy? - Roll dice strategy? Don't have one.  

anything special you would like to share about PD? - I'm so happy that I met some people here, I think I managed to create a few very valuable friendships! 

In PD office, what do you guys usually get/order/buy when theres small celebration? Pizza? Donuts? - Pizza is kinda an everyday thing here (who's gonna call to order and who's gonna pay are our big daily issues here - fyi, nobody wants to call and everybody wants to pay )

1. What's the employee size of PD?(small, medium, large) - there are 10 support members here at the moment, if that was your question.  

2. Ratio of men and women - 5 girls and 5 boys.  

- Just because I see a lot of women here ?????

3. How often does your shift changes? Is it by rotation or do you have a choice? - We are working in 3 shifts, and changing them every 2 weeks in rotation, and all of us are changing our shifts like that. 

4. Does the company have other branches on other countries? If not, does the company have any plans on expanding? - Office where support members work from is in Serbia.

5. How many of you are single?  ? - I would say 50/50 again.  

6. How long have you been working here? - I've been working as a support member for almost 8 months now. 

7. Did anyone here tried to add you on your personal social media accounts? ? - Yup, been there, done that, now I'm bit more careful with everything.  

8. If you are not working in PD, what do you think your job would be? - Well, I'm an Economist, so I would probably do something related to that, I don't know. 

9. What's something you're good at? - Sculpting is something I love to do, nail art, and anything else creative, I'm not sure how good I am at that, but I would like to do it more often.  

10. What do you always carry in your office bag? ? - I could easily end up on a desert island and survive for days with what I got in my 'office bag'.  I would kill you with 2 pages here if I put the whole list.

I worked from home once or twice, when we had power outage in the office, but no, we are in the office and we like it ♥

Since Irena responded some of those, I will answer only the specific ones

6) I have been here since February, I think!  Time flies when you're having fun!
7) This happens on a daily basis, yeah  Trying to keep some of the privacy still  
8) I was an English teacher, got my MA in that, so I guess I would still be working in school/translations/anything connected to language  
9) I think I am good at what I do, at least I do my best in every aspect, and at languages, maybe public relations, dunno, don't want to brag (anymore!)  Oh, yeah, binging TV series, I'm the best there!
10) I have my wallet/documents, keys, mirror, labello, chewing gums, cigarettes, lighter, tissues, hand creme, Hogwarts magic wand, feather from a tail of a polar owl etc.

And lastly, we all have that one colleague that tries to turn us into an alcoholic. Who always initiate to go out at weekends to drink?

Oh, this keeps on getting more interesting 

1) This would definitely be a dead race btw Irena and Milan, although their coffee habits differ a bit, but definitely biggest coffee lovers

Mirela (at least that is what I have been told)  Although we spent only one week together in night shift and she never complained about lack of sleep so it might be wrong.

I think it is safe to say that we all like to drink a bit, no one turned to full alcoholic mode. Yet.

No way in hell I am going to ever eat a bug with great Serbian food near me.

As for alcohol, I never said I don't drink. I drink rarely now but just a couple years ago when I was at college... It was something special  Had great crew for parties, it was almost non stop and I would go back in time to the final year without a second spent on thinking about it.
