Zephiera 109 #1 Posted October 22, 2017 For men and women who's gonna reach 30s soon let us all share something that can help our mental and physical health. Quarter life crisis for me is the worst period of mg life. Mentally, physically, and our course financially. First off, this is a period wherein you should already have a stable job because it is a marrying age also. Seeing your friends get married, have their own car, or business can make you stressed about life if you are currently not on the right track. _____________________________ For me I started changing my lifestyle. From the food I eat and my hobbies. I lessened junk foods and I stopped playing computer games. Vegetables and some 'healthy' foods seems to taste better as I age dunno why. Also I religiously drink milk before I sleep now and I think that it kinda helped my mild scoliosis. It reflected on my xray after a year. (I have no scientific proof so don't take my word for it). I also started doing morning exercise. I was too lazy before. I think I am more healthy because of that little changes on my lifestyle. I wish I was more disciplined when I was younger. Lastly, I take care more of my skin because I don't wanna develop early sun spots. I use sunblock and I always stay away from too much sun exposure. All of these are just basic. Can you guys share more of your routines or other stuff that can help us prepare for the rapid aging when we soon reach 30s? 1 Bojana reacted to this
vinka1976 50 #2 Posted October 22, 2017 worry about aging lol? there are a lot of things to do, you have to treat your body from inside, detox first, then start eating food with antioxidants, a lot of exercises, drink water, sleep well...
Zephiera 109 #3 Posted October 23, 2017 Yes detoxification can help. There are supplements and other stuffs that contains anti oxidants. I'm thinking about IV glutathione because it directly goes to our bloodstream. Lack of sleep is common in our age because of work. I can only stretch it to 5 hours. I read somewhere that it will be better if we can have 6.

Oh, so the "illness" has a name, good to know what I'm suffering from This being a period where you should have all of this above mentioned sorted out is perhaps the wrong approach; we fulfill the expectations of the environment instead our own, and it is inevitable to experience a cluster in your head of what YOU really want. Been there, done that! Hoping to avoid it more actively in the future, and would advice you just the same I'm gonna actually try applying these pieces of advice you have given, starting from a lifestyle, food, beauty routines, health habits and moving from that point further, can't change the world if we do not start from ourselves, I guess Only thing I would add that you haven't mentioned is sleeping pattern. Although for me this presents a big problem due to the shift change I have every 2 weeks, I'm still trying to maintain those necessary 7/8 hours per day, and I think they are essential if we are to keep our body and mind healthy and functional as we move to some serious age Again, thanks for a great input on the serious matter 1 Zephiera reacted to this
Mistletoe 430 #5 Posted October 23, 2017 Exercise and lots of waters. Don't let those bones and joints get rusty and be sure to wash out all the toxins out
Zephiera 109 #6 Posted October 25, 2017 @Bojana "we fulfill the expectations of the environment instead our own" True and I guess I am the type of person who goes with the flow . If only our bodies don't get weak as we age I can probably do things a little late than what is normal. Oh and for the sleeping pattern. Good for you because you can still reach a 7/8hrs. I can only reach 5/6 . I will heed your advice! thanks! On 10/23/2017 at 23:56, Mistletoe said: Exercise and lots of waters. I knooooow it is not enough haha. Discipline and mindset is what I need.

We all do, you are not the individual example, it is really hard to escape this pattern, but when you do, I guess everything in your life becomes better Yeah, my body suffers a lot when I do not have those 7 hours of quality sleep, so I tend to listen to its demands now You are welcome, I'm glad if I helped at least a little bit! Sometimes changing the way we think can be the most important advice to give! ♥

Bitcoinani 70 #14 Posted October 26, 2017 Guys Its my experience that if you have sunspots, Pimples, acne problem than believe me its all because of the stomach problems so the best remedy to get rid of these is drink more and more water... It keeps stomach clean

It's about how to maximize the benefits of your sleep without sleeping more hours. Lots of recent insights and researches about the impact of sleep on health, body and performances. I first heard about it because some high-achievers and doctors i respect spoke about it in some interviews (Arianna Huffington, Jim Kwik, Dr. Mark Hyman, ...) and the book is full of little things you can apply quickly in your daily life and sleeping routine. At least it's full of nice informations about the brain and how it works while you sleep. Really interesting On 26/10/2017 at 11:55, Katarina said: @KargaiLast year, it was literally like this. chaitanya 130 #19 Posted October 28, 2017 Keep the consults with your physician personal and private. If you choose, share the general details of your health online, but the world rarely needs a play-by-play of your most intimate health details.
