My pick is @Bojana. There was a time when I had a problem with Primedice where I can't chat and view the chat of others. She did all her best to help me but unfortunately after all the trials it didn't work but somehow I managed to make a solution for it. The thing is I really appreciate her patience and willing to help those who are in need. @Irena even told me Bojana was sad when she can't help me. Isn't that sincere? Love her attitude

I want to thank Wolf for making this topic and everyone for their kind words, I feel completely unworthy of it all  

All of us from the Support team are doing our best to make players' life as easy as possible, and provide a positive feedback on tickets, chat and Forum. PD community has grew on me very fast since it is full of amazing people, from all around the globe, always ready to joke, and make your day a bit brighter!  

If there is anything we can do to improve, don't be shy to tell us, since the whole point is to have your back, as Pit already mentioned.  The ones faithful to Primedice will always have this, Primedice support on their side as well ♥
