Why 10k-20k steps a day? It is a good way to maintain health and lose weight because you can burn upto 600 calories per session depending on how intense it is. (brisk walking is the best) Try this:(1 hour) 1. 15 mins (slow pace ---3.5miles/hr) 2. 10 mins (brisk--4-4.5miles/hr) 3. 5mins (very brisk ---5-5.5 miles/hr) 4. 15mins (slow pace) 5. 10 mins (brisk) 6.
