10k-20k steps a day

"Walking is the nearest activity to a perfect exercise"

 

It is a good daily exercise routine that should be included to our healThy lifestyle.

Why 10k-20k steps a day?

It is a good way to maintain health and lose weight because you can burn upto 600 calories per session depending on how intense it is. (brisk walking is the best)

Try this:(1 hour)

1. 15 mins (slow pace ---3.5miles/hr)

2. 10 mins (brisk--4-4.5miles/hr)

3. 5mins (very brisk ---5-5.5 miles/hr)

4. 15mins (slow pace)

5. 10 mins (brisk)

6. Slow walks

 

** start with warm up exercises and end it with a cool down

 

So i challenge my pd friends to do the routine with me starting today:)

*** have a list or login to monitor your steps:))

lol raven. I really thought it's a 10-20k strat. haha.. this one is good. I also walk a lot. maybe we can walk around and have a cup of tea or coffee? healthy conversation is also good.lol

That's good rav, burn that calories down not always make them stock they're not worth to be invested. hahaha Lol.

Lol rav, I am not that have many calories even me needs them a little of it, not that much also. But exercise really is good, by the way my exercise are push-ups, weightliftings and basketball alternately in a week is my routines.

Jogging is really a good habit to do on everyday life it gives our body good conditioning for cardio, it also helps us to have a good circulation of blood on our body and helps release toxic by our sweating.

Nice handwriting ! :P:D i am lazy when it comes to exercise and stuff !but i have a treadmill at home and i really use it , the exercise plan is great , the day i get my inspiration to get fit i will jump on my treadmill with your steps plan !
