No, it is not possible to view/see another member's warning point. If you want to check if you have a warning point then follow this: click your profile and you can see it in the left side ( If ever you have one).

yeah that is what happened to me on stake, a giveaway offered money  if you posted 5 own  posts and you answers 100 other posts, and i  got 1 warning spamming, that was not good for my reputation there , because it wasnt my intention to create spam, they were rules of a giveaway
