Sorry about that, we'll think about lowering the restrictions next time we do that one. However, there are still two other giveaways running you can participate in and we're looking forward to have more bitcointalk giveaways in the future, too. We are aware that not all contests can suite everyone but we'll do our best to get as close as possible to that!

Yeah, we are trying to work on a system were we give more chance to newbies too, but it is hard to come up with something, that can't be abused easily.
