Impact of drinking alcohol.

Recommended Posts

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

You can drink alcohol but in moderation only, everything too much is not good, i guess once a week is not bad unless you drink 2 to 3 bottles only, & after that continue on your healthy life style. By eating healthy foods & by exercising to lessen toxic on your body.

Hi,

Depends on your immune system, I would say liqueur can be an addiction .

It basically change the mood balance ,better stay away from it before getting hooked on.

it can damage the largest organ of your body the liver,Which controls 550+ activities of your system.

good luck

Well for me drinking alcohol helps me in a lot of ways:

1.Relieve from pains, emotional distress and problems

2. Seduces me haha

3. To feel good cause I like partying haha

Supported Raven

Alcohol helps to relax from problems. But not much and not often.

General rule is moderation. Don't drink or eat too much of anything or you will get sick. So sure, a couple of glasses of alcohol is fine, but overdo it and you'll get too hammered, and puke. And a possible hangover the next day.  It's not good for your liver anyway, drinking alot all the time. Me personally I drink like once every 2 weeks on average. It's a harddrug you know.

Effects of Drinking Alcohol

based on real life 'stories'

Note: I rarely drink :P

1. Rape

It is a number one for me because rapists use it as an excuse.

2. Infidelity

Cheaters also use it as an excuse. They say that they are not aware and can't remember anything because they are drunk. They think they can fool us into thinking that their body move involuntarily. I'm like..wow your hips and your legs thrusts like it thinks on its own!? ¬¬

3. Violence

This is includes the majority. Women/Men young or old. They hurt other people when they are drunk.

That is all for me!
