Obviously it's rape if the wife doesn't want to have sex and he forces her its rape it goes both ways if the husband doesn't want to have sex and his wife forces him its rape regardless.

What kind of statement is that? This is what's wrong with the society. Longer such questions appear longer conservative and simple women will think there is no such thing as rape in marriage. I would really expect this question to appear if it was 1850 but it's 21st century so that is just ridiculous.

Yes its rape. As what the law states (referring to Philippine revised penal code), rape is defined as sexual interaction with violence involved. And of course a wife who is forced by his husband to have sex has the right to file case(marital rape).

Yes it is considered as rape even if the two individuals are together. Sex should be done with love and with both consenting to the act.
