Spammers in PD

At the moment we experience massive spam in the chat, so hard that mods cannot even mute, they pop up faster than we can kill them.

We had this situation before, and no appropriate action was taken to prevent this in the future.

Looks like this spammer is able to create accounts with a script directly via the API, that function needs to be checked

If a new account is created it should not get any rights to start chat only after they have wagered 50 k or so.

 

So Edward wake up man and do something about it.
