"You have reached the maximum number of claims for this week."

Why is this message keep popping up every time I claim?

I claimed only ONCE using my smartphone, then every time i claim that message always popping up.

I need some explanation. Please!

either this is a mistake or else they changed the rules.

Before I had wagered over 10 btc (over a year ago)

you could claim faucet many times not only one a week,

but maybe they changed it since then, but only 1 time a week,

that sounds very low, so I think it´s some kind if mistake.

Thanks everyone, I thought it is just a bug because my friend of mine create a new account in PD and he was able to claim his faucet worth 150 sat without wagering worth 10BTC.

I encountered this problem since I created my account way back March 15, 2017.

Maybe because you took the faucet 50 times in 24h,that's the limit

P.S. there is new thing,if you just play with faucet for a long time, and dodn't depo any money,it's gonna count as faucet abuse.

I never did that, since I created my account I claimed only one in faucet.

Every member can claim the faucet 24 hours after he/she created the account. When you have wagered 10 Bitcoins, the free faucet increases.

This error appears if someone else, who created the account from the same IP address as you did, is claiming the free faucet before you, since the daily/weekly limit is referred to one IP address, and not to one account/username. Just in case, clean up your cookies, and try claiming the free faucet in the beginning of the next week. If the same error appears, please, contact us in support, and we will check the issue again.

Best of luck! :)
