Mathematics play an important role in all forms of gambling. If your goal is to try to make money from gambling, then you really need an in-depth understanding of the relevant mathematical principles that apply. There are various concepts and calculations that you’ll find invaluable when trying to implement the correct strategies. practice the multiplier option very well

That is why you compute the probability for hitting well over you predicted value and aim for a small chance of losses. Take 1.3x for instance, say you want to figure out how many losses in a row would have a .1% chance of happening, or .001. You would take the chance of loss ( 1-the win chance, so .7615 which gives you .2385) and set that to the power of "X". Now you can set this equal to whatever chance of losing you are trying to get, so .001 chance of happening. From there you have something like:

.2385^X=.001

From there you would take Log base 10 of both sides letting the X fall to the outside so that you can shift the Log(10)[.2385] underneath the .001 giving you

X=Log(10)[.001]/Log(10)[.2385]

From there you use your calculator and the number it spits out would be around 4.819, or 5. This means that you have a .1% chance of hitting 5 losses in a row at 1.3x.

So while this isn't a large "chance" of happening, if you make a comparison to the chances in other games, such as Texas Hold'em where the chance of getting a 4 of a king is 1 in 4165 or .024%, it can happen more often then you think.

*Not 100% sure on my math don't quote me.*
