as you are all aware I have no patience but want to change that in the very near future.
can anyone tell me how you control your actions to deal with being patient.
i plan to have the bot setup soon and leave it on autopilot whilst at work but that still won't teach me patience,
so any advice you can share I would be very great full off.

So you know.. now you can pick payout and side, Choose 100x and have 0.99%  to hit and its either >0.99 or <99.01 
i think it would be cool if we could move that 0.99% so it would be like  77.00-77.99 you are hunting.
and i think would be a big thing: 9900x choosing a number you want to hunt. so it wouldnt either 0 or 9999, butwould be hunt like 7777 or.. 6969 instead,or any number you want.
wouldnt that be  fun, and we could make some different-new strategies too.  i think it would be usefull, and fun.
1) could be hunting when the dice doesnt move, and now  you can only do like 2x. if it was like 51.00 but  then you could  do like  50.00-50.99  or like 50.50-5.99 and then if it doesnt move much, Boom thats a 200x or 100x,  while right now you can only do like 2x for such thing.

I only gamble for fun. Rarely play casino games and most of my bets are on sports but as I already mentioned it is only for fun. Don't get me wrong I enjoy winning and spending those winnings but I get most satisfaction from the "I was right with those picks" then with prize won.
Also, usually I bet on games that I can watch, there is something in cheering your team. Makes watching game more fun in my case.  

I think you can learn to be patient , but you need some time  and practice , meditation is a way to gain patience.

Im a atheist but do believe there is more in or after life than we are aware of .

I have a personality disorder which comes with a addictive personality, that being said I gamble for the buzz / thrill and because of addiction.
i work hard otherwise I would go crazy with the wife and kids at home and be in the real deep of other addictions where a have been before.
"am I happy" err that depends on the day or what's going on in life, I have no reason not to be happy, I have all a man could ask for and some but that doesn't mean I'm permanently happy.
life is what you make of it , money can help to be happy short term but not and long term fix.
i would have to say that it really does depend on your mindset %100, so if you don't have a good mindset it's likely you won't ben happy.
What makes me happy is , my family , sex , working , gambling ,drinking and a mellow bit of smoke to keep the stress a bay.
 Happiness Is not a permanent felling, everybody will be unhappy in certain parts of there life.

At night before you go to bed, observe all the ways in which you have made smart decisions, get along well with others and really understand what is happening and done today. Learn to do it every day. Developing patience is much more difficult like physical exercise because it requires perseverance and effort. Patience is clearly a valuable character to be developed. People who are patient may seem passive, but that is an active, directed and self-disciplined form. Without much patience our actions will be counter-productive and eventually a lot of time and energy will be wasted from our lives. And of course, patience is a proven virtue and all religions in this world teach patience in their teachings to teach everyone to be better in their lives.

I agree about being distracted by walking or talking however that only takes me away from the situation I'm trying to be patient with. When I go to work I'm the same , no patience, I am here there and everywhere I just can't slow down unless I really tell myself to relax multiple times, even then I feel so full of anxiety and and itching to do something, me and my brain don't get on.

Yes you are correct and it's a matter of teaching my brain and being consistent on dealing with my patience issues and without feeling high levels of anxiety which I am prescribed diazepam for however through my own choice I am wanting not to use.

It is like with anything in life - a skill that can be practised. You can improve your patience by making a conscience effort to notice when you lose your patience and slow yourself down. That is what worked for me

Well, I for 1 dont have patience at all as you can see in my stats lol but might as well try and do some of the suggestions here, esp that of @Carollzinha To breath in and out, count 1-10 then proceed lol hope we get better luck next game. Goodluck

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and count to 10.. it always works

Im not good also about controlling patience, but here some tips that I read from others about control patience :
1. Set daily goals, dont be greedy. 
2. If you have bad day, take a deep breath, drink some water and going out some where. Forget about your lost and stsrt new game with fresh mind

No one can teach you patience, because no matter how everyone talks, if you have not experience self destruct (Streaks of red), you can't learn on your own. 1stly is to never chase loses, its a casino you are expected to lose, but it is very dangerous to start chasing loses after losing a few of your coins. Very very dangerous.
No strategy is 100%, so you have to have different strategy that can keep in line with your loses. 
Pro gamblers have mastered the act of keeping their calm and claim their loses as it comes, but if you are impatient, you are damn destructible. 
You have to learn patience yourself. There is no need to rush things. It is okay to lose, Xl. 
PS: You are one of the few people I respect on PD.

I am also not patient, but I just force myself not to do anything. Although it just breaks me and I can't defeat myself. Cigarettes hold me back a little, but this is a bad way.

Nice write-up, i actually learned from this. Patience is one things i don't have in gambling. I hope the situation turns around for me very soon.

Well .., let's talk about games, casino and data.
So at the beginning this was very difficult for me here, I did not know how to play, and whenever I came close to 1ETH, or 1BCH I would lose, and in other currencies of course.
