  2. The way it's been working is once the next high roller picture is posted the last one is paid through tips in the chat. Since a new one was posted a few minutes ago the previous one is about to be paid. You might have noticed on Stake I changed it from sending tips in chat to the giveaway link and I'm about to do that for Primedice as well :)
