For me, Primedice has been time tested and has a great reputation behind them. Additionally they have a great minimalistic take on dice without too many bells and whistles. And not to mention a great team that listens to its players and takes to heart their feedback and implements it into creating a better experience for their community.

I think the biggest requirement to be chosen for rain is your wagering amount, so more often then not, the big fish get it. And honestly its peanuts to them. Haha maybe adopt the philosophy of "to be not disappointed don't have any expectations". I reckon tipping a select group of people is a better choice because you know where your money is going rather than a raining.

If you reach that phase then you need to disassociate yourself from gambling completely. You will only spiral further into debt if you try to recover what you loss because you will play recklessly wanting to get out of financial embezzlement quicker. Its hard to accept a loss and its part of our nature to only want to accumulate but long term its the smart call.

My current favourites are:
1. Base bet: 500 sats or greater, Payout: 7x, On lose: Increase by 20%. A large balance is preferable and following a large red streak (40+), I like to risk 1/20 of my total balance for a 10x payout in hope of catching a win streak.
2. Base bet: 10 000 sats, Payout: 6.5x, On lose: Increase by 20%, On win: Decrease by 75%. This one is anxiety inducing hahah. You are on the edge of your set when the red number rolls in because you are relying on a sea of red following a win streak which will net in insane profit. 

With all the members in this forum, you would expect there to be a lot more activity than there currently is. I don't know the exact stats but from my visits to the forums we are seeing on average replies to discussion only every couple of hours. This is compared to Stake's forums which is consistently seeing replies every minute throughout the day. What are your thoughts?

Yup, in this case, the exception can be made, actually has to  Bets can be same numbers, but of course, new ones, in case one gets stuck

I love it! It allows you to keep your money locked up from yourself in the moments of emotional instability.

If u hunt some number always divide your capital to have an exact number of bets, don't do it like me and left some satoshi to the last bet, it hurts;/

Coming up with a fresh theme for 3 challenges across 2 sites every week without fail is a challenge in itself along with checking all the bet ID's. There is enough variety in difficulty across both sites that everyone should be able to complete at least 1 challenge. If all the challenges were too easy it wouldn't be a challenge would it...
