The reason of the decrease is abuse, that is it's a way of stopping it. There were some users who abused the faucet system so some changes needed to be introduced. 
Also, Primedice is not a faucet, but gambling website. The faucet is there to help the new users test and explore our website and for playing between deposits.

It took him a while to find a good one but @nytewind was so kind to give one that would make @CaptainLorca rich AF in a minute! Cap was so happy that all his problems could be solved! With all this adrenaline his fingers started shaking and he accidentally clicked MAX bet and lost! Now @CaptainLorca was so sad that he left for a while. He took a rest in space with Star Trek! Meanwhile in the chat district, @athena2007 was killing bingo again! She soon received the "bingo goddess" title!

@bakha1988, you are right. Not many participants so far, so I thought that maybe I should prolong the gw for a few days. Maybe many are hiding their bets  so I will wait until tomorrow and see what will happen.  If the number of participants is still less than 10, I will edit the ending time.  I hope you won't mind it.  
 
Furthermore, there is no need to post multiple hits with the same payout and bet amount since only 1 will be taken into consideration.  As @xMossx said, it refers to unique hits only. If you hit, for example, 1.10 with payout 2x and bet amount 100 sats, and you hit it again with the same payout and bet amount, there will be no need to post it again! Only if you get it with, for example, 2.5x payout, or 200 sats bet amount.
