    Hello, @sourc3code

Your suggestion is very well explained and organized. Also, not a difficult one to implement, imo. I have forwarded this further to the developers and as soon as they do the review of the bugs and new features suggested by the community, this might as well be added in one of the future updates

Once again, thank you for taking time to explain and suggest this! 🍀

So one part of the site that needs work is the friends list for site chat. At the moment, it just shows your friends in some random order that doesn't do anything but make it a headache to use it properly. The way it should be is:
Friends list should display your friends list with a green light on at the top of the list and ones that are offline below that.  At the VERY top should display any online moderators, regardless of if they are friends with the user or not. There are many times where I need to speak with a mod but don't know if one is online. Very frustrating. This in my opinion is the very minimum that needs to be updated on the chat friends list function. To make it that much better, I think it should be set up to when you click the friends icon at the top of the chat, it displays 3 tabs where it currently shows the "Friends" header. There should be a My Friends, Online, and All Users tabs with the default on My Friends. If a user clicks on the Online tab, it should display all users currently online. For anonymity, an option could be added in settings to make you anonymous from this list. If a user clicks on the All Users tab, they should see an input box below it and be able to search for users efficiently. Ideally, it should be developed with something like AJAX so the list refreshes in realtime as you type letters in the input box.
In my opinion, if the above was all completed it would provide the most efficient solution for finding, sorting, connecting with and messaging other users which is the primary function of chat. I think it would be miles ahead of what functionality is currently offered in place of it. I've uploaded a very quick rendition of what i mean at least with the tab based system, it is highlighted by a green box.

I've seen this work before and it has worked for me in the past. Whoever said use a big balance, do the CONTRARY. I actually tried this at the beginning of this year with approximately a 1.5BTC bankroll, and I busted within an hour of playing. When low payouts go back, they go bad and nothing will save you. As Kristoffff said, you don't need much to play with this strategy as you aren't needing to hold off compounding reds or sustain reds for extended periods of time like you would when hunting higher multipliers.
I will say that with 1.3x, and using a similar technique to this, I've been able to get from around 0.03 to 1BTC twice in one night. Ultimately like any dice rolling, luck is a involved so you'll want to make sure you have plenty on your side regardless of what strategy you decide to go with.  Thanks for sharing Kristoffff!

sourc3code got a reaction from MrNice23 in Ez Profit - A Martingale Twist
This seems like it would be a very inefficient method of playing. So you are going to wait for 7-10 reds every time before betting? Unless you are betting high high wager, it would take all day to go through enough bets to make you enough profit for this to be worth it. Martingale really isn't ever a good strategy unless you are using it for short term play. There's a reason why its also known as martingfail.
I have seen this strategy used and work with HR betsm but dont expect much results from a few hundred or thousand sat bets. If you really are interested in using martingale, look up possibly integrating a modified reverse martingale into your strategy.

sourc3code reacted to Kristoffff in What your Primedice technique to win above 99.9X
Simple. If you do decide you are gonna hunt such a big payout. Whatever you do, do not give up in the middle or when you bust. Just keep going, eventually it will hit you and if you have changed to a much lower payout and it comes 50 rolls later, you will be hating yourself for missing it out.
Remember that 99.9x payout is just hiding behind the corner and can pop up at any moment.

sourc3code got a reaction from UltraChief in Minimum Withdrawals limits; are you comfortable?
I'm very comfortable with the withdraw amounts here. My thing has always been why do people want to withdraw such a low amount in the first place? For example, 0.004BTC is roughly $15 at the moment of me writing this. Any less, and you can't even buy a pizza...so whats the point? You might as well try and make it bigger before you withdraw. I understand to some people $15 is a lot, but if thats the case, you should NOT be gambling...
Overall, the withdraw amounts are right around the 0.004BTC mark, so I think it should remain that way. Again any less and its just not worth withdrawing and takes up more resources on the server to accomplish. Luckily withdraw fees at PD are quite reasonable, so overall I think its great

A hardware wallet will be the safest that one can afford over any other solution that you can acquire at the current state. However there will be conditions where human error can induce a loss of funds so one must remain vigilant while using any wallet.

Another idea I had was to include a feature to allow instant playing with their deposit balance even if it's unconfirmed. Of course, there would be stipulations in place such as minimum sats/byte in order for it to be credited for play as well as maximum amount allowed, but I think this would be a great feature to add for players which wouldn't really affect anything on PDs end. One other stipulation to this feature would be that you obviously couldn't tip/rain/withdraw until the transaction was fully confirmed.
As long as these requirements are followed, there shouldn't be any issues allowing this. It would make it feel like its instant 0-confirmation play (which is always great). Some sites that allow this are Duckdice as well as BustaDice. Unfortunately the latter charges you 1% to enable it for a transaction which I think is ridiculous as it does not cost anything to offer. DD on the other hand does a great job with this

sourc3code got a reaction from dogebot in We could have new Dice Games... Don't you agree?
This could be possible, however I'd like to point out that even the "basic" form of dice has so many different ways you can play it as well (martingale, high multiplier hunting, etc). Personally I think that having more dice variants would just cause more people to lose more money due to added confusion and I think once the initial "hype" has faded, the majority would go back to playing the tried and true dice. I think there's a reason why dice is still so popular after all these years, and its because it scales in difficulty quite well. One one side theres the simplicity where anyone can pick it up, understand, and play it (ie. 2x martingale). Yet the further you dive into the game, the more you see how complex the game can actually be (going from 100k to 1BTC). This dynamic imo is perfect for long term play, as the more you play it, the more it challenges you with no actual ending to its difficulty. The most timeless games in our society are usually ones with this same dynamic, for example Chess. I'm sure there are others who would disagree with me, but this is just my 0.02 cents on the topic.

Electrum has always been the target of literally 99% of the wallet attacks and scams out there, I just don't understand why it's such a popular wallet TBH. Feature-wise, I don't see anything other than RBF(Replace-by-fee) that Electrum has, which most other wallets don't. I think there are much better software wallets with more useful features such as multi-asset storage which would be a better choice for most. Then again, all software/light-wallet cannot be trusted for any sizable about of cryptocurrency. Should it ruin your finances in any way if your stored cryptocurrency were to be stolen, then that's a clear sign you need to be using a hardware wallet. A hardware wallet is a separate device that requires you to double check the withdraw address prior to sending (in most cases), and most importantly comes with a way to physically confirm any outgoing transaction prior to sending (usually a button on the device). This physical confirmation makes it impossible for hackers to steal your funds without your knowledge, as you would have to manually allow such a transaction to occur before it occurred. This in conjunction with a screen on the device to double check the address you're sending to and you won't have to worry about falling prey to phishing attempts like this ever again.
Electrum actually has integration with the Trezor hardware-wallet, which using this combination gives you the safety of the hardware wallet in conjunction with the familiarity and functionality of the Electrum interface. Should you be using Electrum, I highly recommend doing so with a Trezor to prevent phishing attacks such as this. Below are my two favorite/recommended multi-currency wallets for software and hardware:

This has just been posted on bitcointalk.
Many of you are using Electrum to store your bitcoin or derivatives of Electrum like electron cash for BCH and so on. People are receiving a fake message about a vulnerability and linking you to a malware telling you its an update for that fake vulnerability.
According to theymos, bitcointalk admin as posted here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090097.0
Please be careful of these fake alarms to scare you into installing malware and stealing your bitcoins.

Do you mean if this happened on PD or with my actual Bitcoin wallet? If it were from PD, I would definitely have to look at the transactions and see who tipped me, and ask them to see what was up with it. Now if it were to my personal Bitcoin wallet, I know for a fact I wouldn't ask any questions. If I had someone contact me and say they sent it to me on accident, that would be one thing but this is very unlikely due to the overall "anonymous" nature of how Bitcoin transactions. I'm not saying that BTC transactions are private, but it's not like you can just contact someone directly by using their BTC address. Anyhow, if this were the case I would thank the Lord and be very grateful that such a gift came to me  No questions asked, no wasting time trying to find who sent it to me. I think 10 out of 10 people would have to agree with me here lol.
