I want to chase a rake race playing Dice.
I'm absolutely fine with losing the EV to the casino (1% house edge).
 
Of course I'd use a betsize as small as possible.
Is there a strategy which gives me a low variance and "guarantees" that I'm running as close to EV as possible?
